CANCELLATION POLICY
Your stylist’s time is very valuable. If you are unable
to make you appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours
before your scheduled appointment. Messages can be left after
hours. Consistent cancellation without 24 hours notice will result
in you having to reserve your appointment with a credit card or
gift certificate. You will be charged 50% of your service if you
fail to give 24 hours notice. For services lasting 2 hours or
more, a credit card may be needed to reserve your appointment.
